1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account and visit the Returns Portal
  2. Select the items for return and print the prepaid return label
  3. Securely pack items and attach the label
  4. Drop off at designated carrier locations

4. Refund Timeline

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal)
  • Store credit: Issued immediately for approved returns

5. Faulty/Damaged Items
For defective products:

  1. Contact Customer Support within 48 hours
  2. Provide photos/video of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund

6. International Returns

  • Customers outside Australia:
    • Responsible for return shipping costs
    • Must declare “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms
    • Refunds exclude original shipping fees

7. Change of Mind

  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility
  • Refund excludes original delivery charges

8. Store Purchases
