1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Personalized/custom-made products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account and visit the Returns Portal
- Select the items for return and print the prepaid return label
- Securely pack items and attach the label
- Drop off at designated carrier locations
4. Refund Timeline
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive your return
- Refund method: Original payment (credit card/PayPal)
- Store credit: Issued immediately for approved returns
5. Faulty/Damaged Items
For defective products:
- Contact Customer Support within 48 hours
- Provide photos/video of the issue
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund
6. International Returns
- Customers outside Australia:
- Responsible for return shipping costs
- Must declare “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms
- Refunds exclude original shipping fees
7. Change of Mind
- Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility
- Refund excludes original delivery charges
8. Store Purchases
In-store returns require:
- Original receipt
- Items in resalable condition
